As an agent who's an expert in this local area, I bring knowledge about buying and selling real estate here. It's not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information. I am eager to serve you. Here are some of the things I can do for you:
Find Your Next Home
You need someone who knows this area inside and out! I can work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home
Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.
Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
Let me be your Hawaii Real Estate agent. I provide the highest level of service possible to all of my clients. Whatever your real estate needs are – first time home buyer, investment properties, selling your home for the first time or downsizing – you can depend on me to help in every step of the way.
Raised in a family of Hawaii real estate professionals, my interest and education in Hawaiian real estate began at an early age. Model homes and undeveloped lots were my playground. My professional experience in the real estate industry has primarily been as a real estate agent. However, I have also experienced working in the title insurance and escrow industry for many years. Primarily in property research and analysis, customer service, and sales and target marketing. For a brief time I was a licensed mortgage solicitor and and also earned my residential appraisal certificates and worked in an appraisal office at the young age of 18. This diverse background in the real estate industry allows me to give my clients guidance to negotiate and navigate through the complications of real estate transactions and see the "big picture". It is important for me to make sure that clients have all the information that is available at any given time in a transaction to make the best decisions possible for the best outcome.
It was a journey and a challenge at the time, but somehow, with two children in diapers and on bottles, I earned a BBA in Business Economics and Quantitative Methods from the University of Hawaii College of Business Administration. I've been fortunate to share my journey with my husband of many years, Wayne, a Professor in the UH system and we have two very bright and talented grown daughters that we are proud of.
Recognition received include awards such as HONOLULU magazine's "Best in Real Estate Top Agents 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, & 2020 ", nominated for the Aloha REALTORS® Aina People's Choice Award from 2012-2018; awarded Top Producer Selling Agent of the Month, Quarter, and Multi-Million Dollar Producer awards. In 2015 I received a national level recognition from called the Client Service Producer Award, which I'm very proud to say comes from receiving the highest possible level of client satisfaction ratings. I sincerely hope to be able to help those who choose to work with me.
